Education: Shaya holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Grand View University with a minor in Psychology. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Buena Vista University and is working toward licensure as a mental health counselor.

Coordinated before- and after-school programming serving students across multiple elementary schools, supporting social-emotional development and behavioral success. Provided trauma-informed support to children experiencing behavioral, emotional, and family-related challenges.
