Professional Experience/Accomplishments: Debra has worked in the field for over 25 years and has provided therapy to both children and adults. Debra has a lot of experience helping people manage severe mental illness and additional symptoms, including psychosis, depression, mania, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and borderline personality disorder. Debra is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Seeking Safety.
Hobbies/Interests: Debra enjoys reading fiction novels, going for walks, cooking, watching activities like volleyball, show choir, and musical theater.
