Preffered Population: Shannon works with adults—individuals and couples—through the perinatal and postpartum period, including fertility challenges. Shannon helps clients navigate the emotional, mental, and relational shifts of pregnancy and early parenthood, offering a safe, compassionate space to be heard, build coping skills, and find balance. Shannon also supports adolescents facing life transitions, academic and social stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral or emotional challenges, empowering them to develop healthier coping strategies.
