Telehealth Medication Management
Telehealth medication management provides ongoing evaluation and support for mental health medications through secure virtual appointments. A licensed prescriber meets with clients online to discuss symptoms, review current medications, and determine if any adjustments may be helpful. Follow-up sessions focus on monitoring effectiveness, addressing side effects and ensuring treatment remains safe and personalized.
Therapy Services
Therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings and life challenges. Through approaches such as individual, family or couple sessions, therapists help clients develop coping skills, improve relationships and work toward personal growth and emotional healing.
Groups
The Anger Management Group focuses on understanding the roots of anger and learning healthy ways to respond. Participants explore triggers, practice calming techniques and develop communication and problem-solving skills to reduce conflict and promote positive change in daily life.
“R.I.S.E” the adolescent therapy group! R.I.S.E stands for Resilence and Insight into Strong Emotions. In this group explore and discover effective techniques for controlling strong emotions and fostering emotional regulation in a supportive environment. Join us to learn practical strategies for communicating and navigating challenging situations when confronted with strong emotions. This class is offered to indivduals between the ages 12 and 17 years old.
Setting boundaries can be challenging, but it’s an essential skill for healthy relationships and self-respect. The BALANCE (Building Awareness, Limits, Assertion, and Nurturing Connection Effectively) Group offers a safe, supportive space where teens explore what boundaries are and why they matter. Through group activities and open conversations, participants will learn how to recognize their limits, communicate clearly and nurture positive connections with family, friends and others. Join us to gain confidence, reduce stress and build stronger relationships through balance and respect.
