Medication Management
Medication management provides ongoing evaluation and support for mental health medications. A licensed prescriber works with clients to assess symptoms, determine if medication may help and monitor effectiveness and side effects. The goal is to create a safe, individualized plan that supports overall mental and emotional well-being.
Therapy Services
Therapy offers a supportive and confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings and life challenges. Through approaches such as individual, family or couple sessions, therapists help clients develop coping skills, improve relationships and work toward personal growth and emotional healing.
Groups
This group aims to foster independence, social connection and self-confidence for dependent adults with developmental delays. Through structured activities, discussions and therapeutic exercises participants will build life skills, learn emotional regulation techniques and explore effective ways to communicate. Sessions will be designed to support each member’s unique needs, encouraging growth in self-awareness, daily living skills, and social interaction.
